Do not attempt to configure the iscsid service
Using an old rhel6 iscsid.conf file to overwrite any upstream system
configuration is not recommended.
According to BZ#499222 we just needed to set the node.startup parameter
to "manual". That can be accomplished using:
# iscsiadm -m node -p <ip:port> [-I <iqn>] \
-o update -n node.startup -v manual
