Patch Set 16:
After close examination of setVmTicket, the params= argument is a bit
inconsistent, as it does not expect 'params=' before the data (as documented in
the usage), it expects parameters in one of 2 ways:
* key:value pairs delimited by commas enclosed by {}.
* same as above but without the enclosing {}.
Both without leading params= so I'd rather not touch it and have auth apart
from that command as both are in different formats.
