That why we call our trips to Taneycomo our Annual Trout Kicking Festival. In the trophy area, when the water's low enough to wade there can be thirty to forty fish in a five foot radius around you. The larger bows will bump your feet if you stand in one place too long.

I've been told fish will also park in your shadow, but I've never had occur with me. But i have seen them 'parking' in the shade of logs, overhangs, and bridges. I did the following trick, it was just about one photo. After applying 2 or 3 coats and it was not nice enough, I mounted the fly in the vise for the photo, set everything in place, applied a fresh coat and while it was wet I took the photo. Is this fair?
