Yes, I am aware of the San Juan Shuffle, and that is why I admitted to 
succumbing to temptation only after Tony pointed out that, "All is fair in 
love, war, and fly fishing".  

For the record,  I was very careful not to "shuffle" during the presentation.  
That was the first and last time I tried that technique.  It was kind of 
awkward, and half of the time I would snag my waders, so it really wasn't fun 
fishing, especially since you couldn't move from your spot while fighting the 
fish without disturbing the others.
