Combine that tutorial with this tutorial and learn how to record actions:

Click 'Record' before doing your first watermark. Then, after you've
done everything the guy showed you to do in the watermark tutorial... 
... you will never have to go through it again. You just click one 
button and the watermark is done within a couple of seconds.

I have loads of actions recorded... sharpening, photo filters, different
sizes, layer combinations, etc etc. It saves a lot of time.
