Damn,  Why just plunk the whole dumpster right on down and
climb aboard and cast ???  (LOL)  Actually, when I fish from a boat
here in Fl, I bring a Line tamer with me.  It is a tall clear acrylic
basket, round with a heavy base.  It will keep your line well under
control in the strongest wind you can possibly cast in !!
