  Here is the one I have.
   ICE CREAM CONE
   Hook: Tiemco 2302 #8-#18
   thread: black 6/0
   rib: fine red copper wire
   Body:super floss
   Thorax:tying thread
   Head: Metal Bead Painted White
   I think you can substitute a white glass bead.

   CHROMIE
   Hook: Tuemco 2457 #8-#18
   thread: black 6/0 or 8/0
   Rib: Red holographic flashabou
   body: Silver flashabou
   thorax: Peacock herl
   Head: Gold Metal bead
   Cover the bodies of these flies with epoxy or nai
polishfor shine and durability.
