This fly apears to be an antique reservoir pattern variation similar to the Peter Ross of Killan Perthshire which was a variation of the Teal & Red. Meant to imitate fry, it was fished on the point. Your fly just has a bit more color added IMHO. Ref; Charles Jardine.
