Steve,

Yesterday, it was -43C at my house just South of Edmonton.  And that wasn't
measuring in the wind-chill. Toss that in and it was around -65C to -70C.

Up here -10C is a heat wave.

I remember, growing up in Naples  
Fla., when it got to be 60 degrees we'd be wearing every piece of
clothing we  
could find. Then you'd go by the beach and see those crazy Canadians
splashing
