[VFB] Tube Flies?

Has anyone ties tube flies? These sound interesting. I think they would work good on my waters here in the great lakes for steelhead and salmon that take larger patterns that need to get down quickly. I just read Rick Kustich's article on them. How can I adapt my Regal Vice to work on them? Any comments would be great.
