We're back safe and sound from a very quick trip to Louisiana.
While there, I was delighted to be able to fish with Buster Wolfe. WOW! Those Louisiana red-ears and bluegills (ooops......bream) are HUGE! I thought the way Buster was describing them that he had spent too much time in Texas, but no, they really are that big.
When we got home this afternoon, I found that flies from three different swaps had arrived while we were gone. I have only had the opportunity to glance at them, but what I've seen so far, all flies from the "Warm-up swap", the "Wet Fly Swap", and the "Panfish Swap are very impressive.
