I hate to say this but you'll probably have better luck (and
possibly better video quality) with an external vga-tv converter, if you
get one of reasonably decent quality.
Either that or figure out how to make the regular xserver use the
tv output port normally.
Regardless, this isn't the right mailing list. This is a mailing
list for things relivant to the Video4Linux video capture / tv tuner /
radio tuner API.
