Its not the linking or the copying that is the issue, Lucas. It is the
fact that they are really profitting from it, and without any
consultation on our parts.

This is a valid concern, cause many of us are burning cash on these
works of love. And then have someone come in and use that content to
draw eyeballs to their own sponsorship deals without giving us the
rights of refusal is wrong.

Let us compare that to how blip does it. Blip requires you to sign on
before they start using ads on your posts. And they provide you the
mechanism to turn it off.

Or take YouTube. You don't see a dime from any ads on YouTube. BUT you
know that when you SUBMIT your content, as its part of the licensing
agreement you make with them.

Your stance on this issue is not valid in anyway.
