Yeah. It's the power of the internet that one person can cause so much trouble. I am hesitant about invoking censorship from above. The thing about this guy is that he's using the NPOV 'rules' of Wikipedia to do what he's doing, so there's a chance that they might even side with him, or make the whole thing worse by upping the aggro.
