Just to be clear: all video iPods and iPhones, oldest to newest and
regardless of their actual screen size, are quite happy with a 640x480
file of the specs I've mentioned.

I make smaller mp4, Flash and wmv files for people who want to watch
directly at the site. The 640x480/h.264/baseline lc file only goes out
in the feed.
