B & H photo has the full version of Sony Vegas, minus the AC3 pro 
encoder and DVD burning software for 129 bucks....The full Version of 
Sony Vegas is VERY compairible to Final Cut Pro, nesting, 32 bit 
color processing, mulit camera editing, pro titler, etc...  So on a 
PC for about 135 bucks or so shipped you can get something that 
compares to FCP....

I like having options when it comes to video editing, and right now 
for Mac it's either their stuff or no one's.  That's always been my 
biggest complaint, I still think when it comes to choices PC's give 
you more.  

But at the end of the day it's all just opinion anyway  ;)

And really good marketing....
