Yes, I think there is hair splitting here. My semantics - a scam is posing as an honest business selling bootleg films illegally as "quality product" to the public. If the seller was on the street corner selling fake Prada bags for $200, I would think most people would call it a scam. It's just this DVD website is the minor leagues of scam.
