Bug: If you highlight some text in the Windows GUI and then press capital-Q in insert-mode to replace the highlighted text with "Q", nothing happens. Any other letter (lowercase-q, etc.) correctly replaces the text.
Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Press i to enter insert mode and type some text. 2. Hold the shift key while cursoring backwards over the text you just typed to highlight it. 3. Press Shift-Q. Actual result: Nothing happens. Expected result: The highlighted text should have been replaced with "Q". Note that pressing any letter other than "Q" correctly replaces the text!
