I'm loving this patch, but I do have a question. Is the following a bug or
intended behavior:
1. Start with this text (cursor at the 'i')
foo,i,foo
2. Enter 'cim,'
3. This is the result, with the cursor immediately before the ','
foo,foo
4. Expected result was this, with the cursor in between the commas:
foo,,foo
