Okay, updated patch attached. Thanks also to Ken for his information
regarding MSYS2. I changed it accordingly. Last build log can be seen
here:

This builds a FEATURE=HUGE and FEATURE=NORMAL mingw 32bit gvim and MVC
64bit gvim and vim.exe (with python enabled for the huge version and
runs the test with the MVC gvim). I think that should cover most of what
you want. I left some comments in there, so you can easily enable the
other feature sets.
