It's also not just about hitting gq or Shift-Q but being ready for the motion 
too. I mostyly do gqj, gqip, etc and that is a lot faster when not moving for 
SHIFT. However as Bram said, people who has a .vimrc won't be affected and if 
I'm the only one feeling like this then nevermind :)
