Hm, apparently translatehouse and Unicode ( http://www.unicode.org/cldr/data/charts/supplemental/language_plural_rules.html ) disagree for some languages including Breton (which I don't know, but Dominique does). translatehouse has plain singular-plural for Breton while for Irish, Welsh and Scottish Gaelic it has three different complex sets of rules…
