Every time MacVim starts a vim process (e.g., when you create a new 
MacVim window), it will launch it via a login shell. If it doesn't use 
the login shell that you want it to use, you can configure it (with a 
hidden preference settable via "defaults"). In most cases, MacVim will 
pick the correct shell.
