Hi Lonnie,
You probably already know this now, but if your new SCSI hard drive doesn't
have a little Apple sticker on it, it doesn't have the proper ROM chip on it
so that Apple's HD SC program can see it. So, you need a 3rd-party
formatting & initializing program instead.
I use a vintage program from OnTrack called "Disk Manager Mac" on all my
non-Apple drives. If you want a copy, just let me know. I actually have it
in an PC-executable that will allow you to directly make a Mac disk on your
PC.
