Well, you can download System 7 install images (And system 7.5.3 and  
7.5.5 upgrades) from Apple, you might just be able to download the  
first disk image of whichever version of System 7 you have. Not sure  
what you have in the way of making floppy images, though... If you do  
have the resources to, that would be your best bet. If not, LEM swap  
is probably a good place to go.

They also have System 7.5.3 in 19 CD parts, and the 7.5.5 upgrade.
