This is what I did. I believe I stuck in an LC525 motherboard, though I found out with installation of Mac OS 7.5.3 or above, it has to be installed on the original Color Classic motherboard. Also, somewhere inside of Apple's website are floppy images of Mac OS 7.5.3 and 7.5.5.
