LC520 to LC575 mother boards will work but not LC580. I used an LC575 in one of mine and did the Mystic mod has Mac OS 8.1, 128 MB RAM and screen resolution 640 x 480. Search "Color Classic Mystic mod" on google and you should find some good info.
