That'd be interesting to see. Probably extremely rare, if it was a ROM 
replacement.

I have/had a copy of AU/X running on a IIci, and even it had a AU/X 
Startup program that you had to run out of a stock System 7 boot. It was 
an interesting little minimal command line thing with some boot options 
and disagnostics.
