The 575 can take either an LCPDS ethernet card or a Comm
(Communications) Slot I (there are two types, so please verify the
details before buying) ethernet card, and using either it will be able
to link to your iMac through a hub as a previous post said. Appletalk
will, of course, need to be enabled on the iMac, and properly
configured on the 575.

If you do not have an ethernet card in the 575 (which is how it
sounds) then you will need to find one. Try the online store www.adoptamac.com
, which had a pile of LCPDS ethernet cards a while ago at a very good
price. Or eBay....

Check the networking pages over on http://www.System7today.com and
http://www.atpm.com/network for some additional tips and tricks.
