Does it spit out the disk or does nothing happen? If nothing happens, try wiggling the disk around in the drive. Sometimes the latch that detects an inserted disk doesn't catch correctly. If it spits out a disk that is readable on another computer's SuperDrive, clean the heads. -- Ryan C.
