Try disabling the SCSI controller's BIOS, or at least it's ability to be a boot 
device. The PC's own BIOS might needs its boot order changed to an option that 
doesn't include SCSI. Some only give you a fixed list of options, most newer 
ones let you choose any boot device order and include/exclude any devices.

Looks like it needs Norton Disk Dr. run on it while it's in the old Mac II.
