Probably the most important factors to determine value are: the particular model you have, (beige machines are at least somewhat rarer than platinum-colored ones) the condition of the machine, and who happens to want it. If it's a beige machine, still in the box, with all the original manuals, etc., then it's likely to command a higher price than if it's a platinum unit that's been parked on a desk for the past quarter-century. You didn't say anything about the type of machine you have, or what sort of condition your particular unit is in, so this is something only you would know. Likewise, I myself have no idea who happens to be in the market for a Mac Plus right now; same deal for an ImageWriter II. I do know that both were in production for more than four years, (the ImageWriter II for more than a decade) which means that there are plenty of units available for someone who wants one (this is where condition comes in). The best (read: least worthless) advice I can give is to offer what you have on LEM Swap (http://lowendmac.com/lists/swap.html). I don't know what you yourself feel that they're worth, but you could post an asking price in line with what you, the owner, feel they ought to fetch. By appending "or best offer" to your asking price, you're leaving yourself lots of wiggle room should the price you're seeking be out of line with what people looking for a Plus are willing to pay for one. :) (Caveat: be prepared for lots of "helpful" emails if your asking price is too high for what the market will bear.) Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance. I keep waiting for someone to write a Blue Book for used computing gear, but so far as I know, it hasn't happened yet (though I'm no expert in these things).
