You will need a 72-pin FPM SIMM. Common as muck. Basically all of these are 70ns devices, which are perfectly suitable for the 630's quoted 80ns requirement.
According to the LEM listing, only specific types of 64MB SIMMs are supported. If you stick to a 32MB SIMM, you won't have to worry about that. There are also 30-pin FPM SIMMs, 72-pin EDO SIMMs, and various types of DIMMs out there. You don't want any of those.
