For the most part I would agree with this statement. However, I have a couple (and literally only a couple in 25 years) of drives which worked fine in a PC, but would not even be recognized as being on the SCSI bus in a Mac. I was never able to resolve what was causing the issue and eventually moved on to drives which were recognized and therefore did work. Derek > Have you tried changing the ID on the internal HDD?
