IBM now has PC-DOS 2000 with even more features. I
think it even does TCP/IP. It's Y2K compliant and
quite popular for use with Win 3.1x (which MS did
finally release a Y2K fix for because of consumer
demand) for "mission critical" applications that
will not run under Win9x or NT and have no available
replacement.

Hmmm, how about System 6-2001? Fully Y2K+ compliant
and lightning fast! 100% rewritten for PowerMac. :)
Providing 68040 and full FPU emulation it also
emulates a virtual 24bit mode to run those old
Mac apps... Yeah, that'll happen.
