I believe, and I've been wrong before, that there are RAM convertors for 
the IIfx that take 30-pin SIMMs. I expect about 400 people have already 
mentioned that though right?

Either way, keep an eye out in various places for them and you may be 
able to get those IIfxs off of that diet and into Phat Mac territory :).
