Y'know, I'm dumbfounded at this one.

I have a 6100/66av that ran OS 9.1 just fine. Even went to iTunes radio
stations that would broadcast in my speed-zone, (28.8k), and got music
hiccupingly.

Now with the Newer 240Mhz. card in it, I have no problems. I give high marks
to 9.1.
