It may or may not be legit*. I'm leaning toward not. I suspect the case has been replaced - all the internals are those from a 512e - and as such, I can't verify the authenticity of anything inside it. The "Not for sale" stickers are likely a set-up to make it seem more authentic. Even the case may have been tampered with; the 43d week of 1984 would have seen very very few 128s, if any, being produced since the 512 had been introduced at that point and would have been in full production for quite some time prior. *I don't blame this seller for the possible fraud; he bought what he bought from a seller I suspect far more of suspicious activity.
