Hi, The IIci is running MacOS 7.6.1 and the G3 is running OS 9.1 I was thinking of upgrading to OS X Jaguar for filesharing with my PC! I guess that's the way of it.
Yes, The G3's appletalk is set to Ethernet and is on, same with the IIci. No, the settings have not reverted themselves to another port and are still set to ethernet. Yes, i am using a high-speed hub (also called a switch) I will continue to fiddle about but that is all i can do. This is a real puzzle. :-) Mark Benson, remember me? You sold me the IIci!
