I can't speak for the IIcx, but I know the IIci required 80ns or faster. I think the majority of the 30pin SIMMs out there are 80ns though. Just seems wierd to think that 80ns was considered insanely fast only about 10yrs ago. Then again my Performa 400 wasn't too bad then either :)
