You could just go somewhere like mouser.com and buy the DB-15 connectors and shielded hoods then practice your soldering and convert standard HD-15 video extention cables. :) I've soldered quite a few connectors for monitors and other peripherals. Many were converting monitors to removable cables when a wire would break in the cable just before entering the monitor. Chop off a few inches and do some cutting on the plastic to mount a connector in the back of the monitor. A digital multimeter and a grounded, 15 watt soldering iron with a really small tip are essential tools for any electronics dabbler. :) ===== It will be total Fandemonium, Summer 2005!
