Hi Maria, In order to have voiceover go through your bluetooth headset at all times when the set is connected, you need to have a bt headset with the a2dp protocol. The one you bought probably doesn't have that, which is why you can't hear VO when not on a call. If you can take or send the one back that doesn't have this and theen get one that does, you will be able to hear vo at all times, not just when on a call.
