Charles, 

You won't have to register your new iPhone 6. If you've got BARD mobile 
registered and running on your current iPhone 5 and do an encrypted backup 
which is restored to your new iPhone, it will run on the new phone just like it 
did on the old one. You will have to download your books again, however.
