Hi,
I’m running the most current version of iOS8 on an iPhone 6Plus and recently
I’ve experienced a few incidents where VoiceOver related sounds on my device
have gone silent. by that I mean that voiceOver is still speaking but the
related sounds VoiceOver uses to communicate things such as the knocking type
sound when one reaches the bottom of a screen and the like simply stop working.
This is easily remedied by rebooting the phone and someone else I know
indicated that for them turning voiceOver off and then on again sometimes does
the trick for them. I’m just inquiring if this is an issue others have
encountered or if anyone knows if it’s an issue Apple knows about before I go
reporting it. Sadly I cannot seem to nail down any precursor or event that
precipitates this behavior nor can I make it occur at will.
Thanks for any and all insights shared regarding this.
Robin
