Hi, Thank you for replying. My apologies as I might have missed your earlier message. As of this writing I’ve not encountered a situation where a reboot didn’t bring the sounds back. It is distressing to hear that this sometimes doesn’t rectify the problem. I’m wondering if this is unique to iPhone 6 and 6Plus models or if others with older models or even iPads and the like have witnessed this behavior as well.
Have you contacted Apple accessibility either via phone or through email to inquire about this? I have that on my Friday to do list but thought I’d ask on list to see if anyone could corroborate the problem first before inquiring of them.
