Enunciation is sometimes important to make your meaning clear. Also iTunes is correct, while itunes or other typos give the impression of not knowing what you're talking about, even though it may not be the case. I would be embarrassed if I were to write to Apple about Itunes, and I'll bet that I wouldn't be able to get employment with the impression I give.

So you changed the subject line just to correct the capitalization of
iTunes? It took me a while to figure out that was the only change you
made. I guess my hearing isn't as sensitive as yours, since I didn't
notice it myself. I'm not sure we need to be this picky about the
spelling of our subject lines. I mean this wouldn't affect anyone's
ability to search for this information in the archives.

    Yes, I did reboot the computer.  Seems to be working fine except for
    when I am in the Itunes store.  Links won’t  open to preview songs
    and the search doesn’t work.
