Hi:
I'm using the Workout app on my Apple Watch. I'm doing indoor cycling.
I have the watch positioned in the normal way on my wrist. But after
25 minutes of pretty hard cycling it says I've only burned 13 calories
and done 1% of the required activity. Really? What am I doing wrong
here? Is there a way to test whether the watch is touching the correct
part of your wrist? I'm riding with some tention at a fast pace. I can
feel my heart beating much faster and the app shows some definite
increase in my heart rate. I also took a brisk walk the other day and
again it only gave me a few calories. Any thoughts?
