Hi, from what I've read and heard, the watch will improve that overtime. I 
wouldn't be too surprised to see it be terribly off for the first workout. The 
more you use it though in that given situation, it should improve. I'm just 
basing this off of what I've read and heard, since I don't have a watch myself 
yet.
