Have you all turned on batch mode? Do that first, then select the document stand profile. See if that helps. I found that you have to also wait a while and may even have to move the page to get it to start recognizing text. The sound is different than when it is set to the automatic profile. It is kind of a beeping sound, then once it recognizes text, it will announce that and take the picture. HTH, Richard
