there's a chance, that your iPhone is now a brick.
It can take quite some time for your phone to update.
It is best, once your phone says rebooting, is just to wait, as it can take
a while to do this.
pressing buttons and generally mesing about with your handset, isn't a good
idea, as this can corrupt the installation process.
Hope all goes well, and your phone turns out fine!
Take care
Dave.

Subject: Updating to IOS 9... phone is a brick!!! Help!
So I decided today to install IOS 9. Bad idea!!! The last thing my
phone said about a half hour ago was "phone rebooting". After about
20 minutes of waiting, I tried resetting with the power and lock
button for 10 seconds or so... nothing. Now what do I do? Help!!!
Thanks,
Jen
